- Assist customers in exploring and developing equipment specifications suitable for use requirements (User Requirement Specifications)
- Short listing the supplier list.
- Communications management with suppliers, in terms of technical specifications and financial negotiation management.
- Ensure that the appropriateness of the selected equipment for the project
- Managing contracts and agreements with suppliers
- Conducting equipment factory acceptance test (FAT) and submit reports upon request.
- Conducting equipment site acceptance test (SAT) and submit reports upon request.
- Supervising the installation and erection process on site upon request
- Supervising training operations
