Plastic Bags Production Line

These machines are mainly used to produce PE plastic film, starting from pellets, and its thickness is between 20-100 microns, then it is mainly used to produce plastic bags of various shapes, T-SHIRT or DIE CUT, shopping bags in the form of rolls, waste bags and other bags. The most widely used materials are high and low density polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE).

These lines usually consist of a group of machines starting with an extrusion line which contains a granule mixer with dryer, a vacuum loading device and a rotary extrusion mould. It is possible to produce a film with one to three layers, and the film production with interlacing colors is also available. It is also available, in case of need, to add the CORONA TREATMENT feature to improve the surface tension of the film that is produced to be more suitable for printing or gluing with other materials. Then the roll enters the printing and cutting machines to produce the bags in the required shapes.
