Stretch production line

These machines are mainly used to produce a film of PVC or PE with high elasticity starting from the pellets. This film is usually called stretch if it is made of PVC or PE and its thickness is between 8-12 microns. It is mainly used for food packaging and other sanitary applications. It is called shrink. If it is made of PE and has a thickness of 17 microns or more and is used in many industrial applications and in shrink wrapping machines. The machines that produce each type differ according to the raw material, especially the extrusion line with the mold.
These lines usually consist of a group of machines starting from the extrusion line that contains a mixer for granules with a dryer, a vacuum loading device and an extrusion mould, then a cooling and forming line, then a shearing line to determine the width of the rolls that are produced. Rolls come out of these lines, huge rolls, and they are converted into small rolls for daily use by other small machines.
We provide a high-quality service in this regard, as we can provide project study services, design the appropriate line for the required final product, determine the required roll width, design systems and assistance, and we can also install and operate these lines.
