Non-woven fabric production lines

The non-woven fabric production line is capable of producing polypropylene (PP) fabrics through successive production stages so that production starts from granules and ends with fabric rolls. Various types of fabrics can be produced according to the number of layers required. Spun-bond (S), Melt-blown (M), SS, SMS, SMMS, SMMMS, SSMMS, or any arrangement of 5 layers can be produced by these lines.
S differs from M in the roll forming method of the in-line extrusion die. The final roll width can also be from 1.6m to 4.2m. These products are mainly used in the medical disposables sector, the industrial filters sector, the bedding sector, the diapers sector, and others.
