Medical Swabs (Compresses) Production line

These machines are used to produce medical gauze pads made of highly absorbent cotton threads. The finished product can be 5x5, 7.5x7.5, 10x10, up to 45x45 depending on the target market and the product can be folded 8, 12 or 16 folds. Folding can be available from the sides or without folding the sides. The line consists of a machine to cut the roll into suitable rolls according to the required roll width, then the small rolls are installed on a cutting and folding machine, then the small pieces are sent to a vacuum packaging machine if the products are required to be sterilized or manually fed if they are without sterilization.
