Paper Tray Production Line
These machines are used to form egg cartons or other similar boxes using recycled paper. These lines are available with a capacity of 500 trays per hour up to 4000 trays per hour. Productivity can be increased by increasing the number of lines. This line consists of a dough preparation unit, a dough forming unit where cans are formed by vacuum using special moulds, then a drying unit. We offer a high quality service in this regard, as we can provide project study services, design the appropriate line for the required final product, determine the required roll width, design systems and assistance, and we can also install and operate these lines.
